Placemaker preferentially operates in complete rehabilitation of properties (with the inclusion of all specialties: Water, Sewage, Electricity, Air Conditioning and Gas), obligatorily with the property completely uninhabited and without furniture, in this way guaranteeing the execution with dedication and rigor, creating personalized environments that define and identify each client, within the available budget, with quality based on good construction practices and rules, giving you total control over the entire process.
